What are the dates and opening hours of the 2018 Expo?

Centre des congrès
Saturday March 18 - 9:30am to 6pm
Sunday March 18 - 10am to 4:30pm

Palais des congrès
Friday March 23 - 9:30am to 8pm
Saturday March 24 - 9:30am to 6pm
Sunday March 25 - 10am to 5pm

Is there a cloakroom and what is the cost?

Yes, there is a cloakroom in both the Québec and Montréal venues. It is strongly suggested that you leave your coat at the cloakroom for a more enjoyable visit.

Is the Expo accessible to people with reduced mobility?

Yes. Also, a person with reduced mobility who is accompanied will only need to pay the entry fee for one person.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, there are several parking lots at or near the Expo venue.

Is there a restaurant at the Expo?

Yes, there is a catering service on-site: Capital Traiteur, affiliated with the Centre des congrès and Palais des congrès, offers cold and warm meals for our visitors. Please note that exhibitors do not sell meals to be eaten at the event.

Do exhibitors accept debit and credit cards?

Several exhibitors accept credit cards, some accept debit cards and some are not equipped to process either.

Are there ATMs at the Expo?

Yes, there are two ATMs in Québec on the show floor and one in the venue hall. There are four ATMs in Montréal.

Is there Wi-Fi access at the Expo?

There is a Wi-Fi network everywhere inside the Centre des congrès.

There is no Wo-Fi network inside the event space itself but there is Wi-Fi access on the ground floor of the Palais des congrès (the ticket office floor).

What happens to the waste material generated at the Expo?

The Expo is an eco-responsible event! Residual waste is sorted, composted and recycled on-site. All the items used for food tastings are compostable. To learn more, check out the about us page (eco-responsibility section).
